The button opens a draft in your messaging app. Add the details and attach your photos, then review and send it yourself. A request does not reserve a visit; Alex confirms the scope, price and time with you.

Frequently asked questions

What affects the estimate?

The task list, quantities, surface condition, access and materials affect the price. Photos help start the review; a site check may still be needed. Confirm the included work, materials, price and visits before scheduling. Extra work needs a revised agreement first.

Can several small tasks share one visit?

Send the whole list at the start. Alex will review whether the tasks can be combined. See small-job examples →

How do I request a time?

Check the availability calendar, then offer up to three preferred windows in Pacific Time. “Ask” means no busy time is recorded; it is not a confirmed booking.

Do you work on weekends?

Ask for your preferred dates when you send your request. Weekend visits depend on Alex’s availability and must be confirmed directly.

How can I pay?

Zelle, check and cash are accepted. Agree on the price and payment timing with Alex before work starts.

Are materials included?

The estimate will state which materials and labor are included, what you need to supply, and any separate material costs.

What if the work needs a permit or licensed contractor?

Alex reviews the full scope before accepting a job. Work needing a permit, licensed trade or structural work is outside the services offered here. Read the service scope.

Can an owner receive a completion summary?

Ask to include a short completed/outstanding list and suitable work photos when agreeing the scope. See the landlord repair process →

Service scope

If a request needs a permit, a licensed trade or structural work, it is outside the services offered here. Photos help explain a job, but an on-site check may still be necessary.
