Small Home Repairs in Monrovia
Bring your small-job list. Alex reviews doors, assembly, suitable replacements and finishing tasks together, so you can agree on a clear result before a visit.
What is on your list?
Doors & small finishing tasks
Describe a sticking interior door, a loose handle, minor surface damage or a small finish repair. Send a wide view, a close-up and the result you want.
Furniture assembly & suitable mounting
Send the product link, quantity and assembly instructions if available. For shelves or wall-mounted items, include the wall surface and what you want to attach. Suitability is reviewed before a visit.
Suitable fixture replacements
For a faucet or toilet component, show the existing item, connections and replacement model. New wiring, major plumbing changes and work outside the service scope are not offered here.
Ask about combining small tasks
Send the whole list at the start, with priorities and photos for each item. Alex can review whether a combined visit makes sense for the tasks, materials, access and travel involved. Some finishes need drying time or a return visit. Combining tasks does not change the limits of the service scope.
How the estimate is agreed
The task, quantity, surface condition, access and materials determine the estimate. Photos help start the review; a site check may still be needed. Confirm the included work, materials, price and number of visits before scheduling. If you add another task, agree on the revised scope and price before it starts.
A remaining item can be a future request
Keep non-urgent items on your list for a later discussion. Any repeat visit is agreed separately; there is no subscription or automatic booking.
Plan your small repair
Send a short task list, 2–3 photos and your city or ZIP code. Include up to three preferred dates or time windows. Alex will confirm the scope, price and visit time with you.
Each request must fit the current service scope.
