If you are planning to replace a bathroom faucet, the first useful step is to document the existing setup and the replacement you have in mind. A product photo alone does not show the sink, the available space or the connections beneath it.
Before purchasing extra parts or arranging a visit, send ALEXKO LLC a few clear photos and a short description. This helps us review the proposed job and identify what still needs to be confirmed.
Show the faucet and the whole sink
Take one photo that shows the current faucet, basin and surrounding countertop. Add a close-up if a handle, finish or visible part is damaged.
Explain whether the request is for the faucet only or whether you also want the sink, drain or another item considered. These are separate parts of the project, so they should be listed rather than assumed to be included.
Photograph the accessible area underneath
If you can do so safely, open the cabinet and photograph the visible supply connections and drain area. Include any existing staining, damage or sign of a leak in your description.
There is no need to disconnect plumbing, operate a questionable valve or remove parts just to take estimate photos. Show what is accessible and explain anything you cannot clearly photograph.
Share the replacement model
If you already have a new faucet, send its brand, model number and product link or packaging label. State whether it is new and whether you have the included parts and instructions.
If you have not purchased the replacement, say so. Ask what information needs to be checked before you buy. The fit and connection details should be reviewed for your actual fixture and sink, and some details may still need to be confirmed on site.
Describe the problem or the goal
Are you replacing a worn fixture for appearance, addressing an issue with the existing faucet or making a change as part of another repair? Describe what you observe and what you want the finished result to include.
If there is an active leak, tell us when it occurs and where you can see it. Do not assume a new faucet alone will address every problem beneath the sink; include the complete description so the work can be assessed.
Agree on the scope and supplies
Before scheduling, discuss who will supply the replacement and any additional materials. Ask whether the proposed work covers only the faucet or also includes other items you have identified.
Mention the cabinet condition, access restrictions and your preferred timing. A clear description helps us review the job, while the final scope depends on the actual setup and the work that can be accepted.
See an example and send your photos
Our portfolio includes a completed bathroom sink and faucet replacement. It shows one project rather than a standard package or a price for every bathroom.
For your own project, text (323) 274-8873 with a wide photo, an accessible under-sink photo, the replacement model if available, and your city or ZIP code. Visit the ALEXKO LLC service overview for more information about the work we review.
